These terms apply when you use moneyplantbd.com ("MoneyPlant", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What MoneyPlant provides

MoneyPlant shows information about loans and credit cards offered by banks in Bangladesh, and calculators to estimate their cost. It's general information, not financial advice, and not an offer of credit. Ourdisclaimer is part of these terms.

Accuracy

We work to keep information correct and up to date, and show when each product was last checked. Banks can change their products at any time, so we can't promise the information is complete, current or free of errors. Confirm everything with the bank before you rely on it.

Your account

• You need to be 18 or over to create an account.
• Give a mobile number or email that is yours, and keep your password private.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• You can close your account at any time by writing to contact@moneyplantbd.com.

Fair use

Please don't:

• copy or collect the site's content in bulk, by scraping or otherwise, without our written permission;
• try to get into accounts or parts of the site you're not allowed into, or interfere with how it runs;
• send false reports or messages, or anything unlawful or abusive.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Our content

The design, text, calculators and compiled data on MoneyPlant belong to us or the people we licensed them from. You may use them for your own decisions and share links to our pages. Bank names and product names belong to their owners.

Links to banks

When you follow a link to a bank, its own terms and privacy policy apply. Any agreement you make is between you and the bank.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on information on MoneyPlant, from a bank's decision, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of Bangladesh.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh deal with any dispute.
